Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or a replacement for a defective item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
